Tasting Notes
2022 Aldina Vineyards Chardonnay is full of vibrancy and grace exhibiting aromas of citrus blossom, fresh lemon-lime, and white florals. On the palate bright layers of crisp green apple, honeysuckle and stone fruit.
Vineyard Notes
We sourced this chardonnay fruit from a Certified Sonoma County Sustainable vineyard in Los Carneros. This vineyard is influenced by the maritime climate that allows for combination of cooler days that are optimal for a long growing season.
Winemaker Notes
Our Chardonnay was hand harvested in the early morning at maturity, brought to the cellar where the fruit was hand sorted, and whole-cluster pressed gently to extract the alluring juice flavor. Chardonnay was then fermented in stainless steel tank and transferred to drums where it lived until we bottled.
